Using FaceTime, Skype, Zoom or any other method of video call will be quite normal for some but quite challenging for others. For some the technology itself might be the barrier and for others it might be the lack of a quiet and safe space to make the call. I would always prefer meeting face to face, but it does not mean that working online is not beneficial.

Counselling via a video call is still an effective way to support you through the challenges you face. Yes it is different, but it still works and for some it is the only way to access regular counselling sessions.

I am happy to discuss all the above options if a face to face meeting is not possible. I can also provide technical guidance if required.
